Do you like to toss your own? Or like me do you prefer shop bought pre-packed salads for the convenience?

I'm a country gal so i like to pick my own wild greens and then I like to go rob the nearest bird nest for some fresh eggs to boil up and and maybe add a bit of hogg meat to it. Of course i use moonshine for salad dressing and I hide it in the outhouse........

I prefer to make my own tossed salads. I can have fresher ingredients. Sometimes, I'll buy the bagged salads and they wilt before I can use them all. Lettuce wilts very quickly after the bag is opened. Even if I use the pre-packaged salad, I add more of my own ingredients like green pepper, green onion and cucumber, much less tomato.

I make salads at work all day, so I prefer to buy the prebagged stuff when I actually make salade, but honestly I prefer just Spinach and Onion salad with Aetnos Greek Feta dressing.

I have always made my own. There are getting to be too many issues (recalls) with the pre-packaged salads and spinach, etc. so I just stick to getting all the ingredients and washing them well.

i like to make my own i even like to set up a mini salad bar in the kitchen some times for cook outs

I toss my own.
Spring and fall I love to use fresh pansy petals for tons of color. Early summer 'pinks' make every salad jump with color and sweet odor and taste.
Fresh nipped basil, oregano, rosemary, chives., dill .........
Lunch time yet ??

it just depends on my mood.. If i am doing something just for myself, i will bag it and still add my touches to it (oregeno or parsley, fresh dill) but if i am trying to impress ... i am a tosser

i buy prepackaged salads and then i add to them whatever i feel im in the mood for...cesar, asian, or fruity.
