i would say no...
i am a runner and i have had flat feet for basically my whole life and i exercise about 3-4 times a week and my feet are still flat.
do you have orthotics? these are probably the best solution to the problem. perhaps you should talk to a podiatrist

No, walking/running will not correct your flat feet. If you're interested in doing so, though, email me at k.sordo@gmail.com. I'm doing research to determine the feasibility of correcting the condition with exercise (specific exercises which strengthen the ligaments, tendons and muscle which sustain the longitudinal arch of the foot.) And for the poster above, walking in high heels does not correct flat feet.

You should consult your doctor about specific exercises that might assist overcome flat feet/fallen arches.

I am not aware that running is itself going to directly address the issue, but it might assist if you are overweight and it helps with weight loss.

Sorry, but no. If anything, they will become flatter as you continually put weight on them.
