The Bible says God neither slumbers or sleeps. God is all knowing (omniscient), all powerful(omnipotent), and everywhere(omnipresent). He's the same today, yesterday, and tomorrow. He doesn't need to sleep. He created the universe and the heavens. Isn't that impressive enough?

i don't believe He does. it's so difficult for us to comprehend His infinite power and existance because we are so finite. He comforts me at all hours when i need him and sends His angels at different times of day/night. part of what's hard to understand is that the spiritual realm is just that - spiritual. it's not physical and there's no need for or concept of time there. being on the physical plane here is why we have the physical need for sleep. does that help?

your question are same with the question of the Moses's people ask him.
they ask, did god sleep?
but moses didn't know the answer so god ask him to hold two bottles at his both hands..then, with god's will he fell asleep..
suddenly the bottles fell from his hand and broken..
then he said, that is like earth and heaven..if god fell asleep the same will happen like those bottles..

No.
He is not flesh and blood but spiritual.
(Exodus 33:20) And he added: “You are not able to see my face, because no man may see me and yet live.”
