You don't need all those ingredients in your blood stream every day, I know you don't want to hear it but you need to eat a balance diet every day.......people take to many pill this day in time, they think a pill will change everything.......it may but not for the good every time........You know what you want to do and you did before you ask this question, so Good Luck and be careful!
