i'm not fat at all but i want to have firm muscles like "abs" but not like the body builder...any help?

Well, to lose weight you need to consume less calories than you burn. That means you can either eat less calories than you burn by dieting. You can eat the same amount of calories as you do now and burn some extra calories. Or you can both diet and exercise, which is suggested because it's the most natural and "safe" way to lose weight because your body doesn't shutdown from fear of starvation.
Good luck! I'm now on the "eat just like I did a month ago but run everyday program". I can still go out every once in awhile and drink with my friends but the progress is slow but at least it's progress =o)

Eat a normal healthy diet, exercise regularly, avoid snack foods and soda (pop), drink plenty of fluids.

If you want to get thin fast, simplest thing to do is start of fruits and veggies and do exercise for at least 30 min. for every day.

Healthy diet and some normal exercise. Just burn more calories than you take in.
