Its not right to say God allows death and destruction.. This is actally God's plan. As He created, He operates and this He who cause it to get destroyed.. This whole world is going to get destroyed.. He is the Master and this is His right to destroy it. We have no right to ask this question. Still if you want to get answer, Its part of a bigger plan which finally end with the victory fo truth.

Hare Krsna! In order for God to make an arrangement whereby we can think that there is not God and that we can pretend to be God. The material existence is arranged so that we can imagine that we are God. In order to arrange material existence like this there has to be death, destruction and so many miseries.
God loves us since after all, we are actually expanding from His body. Therefore, He wants to fulfill our every desire. But, being infinitesimal, we forget how we got into this material existence. Consequently, when death, destruction and other miseries come along we can't trace out in our memory how we asked for things to be this way somehow through our countless births and rebirths.

It is very good that you used the word "allow". The answer is that He is so Good that He even makes death a joke. Most people have a lot of trouble even imagining something that Good, But its not God who said," If it looks too good to be true, it probably isn't", That's people. There is a reason why if you seek and answer to a question, and never give up the search, that you find it. There is a possitive for every negative in the universe; Find them, and don't be afraid to look, expect the answers and act on your exspectation until you find them, you will. There may be quite more to explain of it all than I could write in this answer.

Because we allowed it. In the beginning God said, "don't do this..... it will cause death and destruction." God put the law in place in the beginning and it was not obeyed. Well there is a consequence for not obeying the law. Adam and Eve's disobedience in the beginning brought death. As a result, look around; you see what's happening. We allowed it and He has to allow it because God gave us a "free will." It is not going to stay this way for eternity because God sent His only begotten son Christ Jesus and through Him we have eternal life.

Without death there is no life , without destruction there is no solution. Now Destruction isn't always a bad thing either is death.God has nothing to do with war and purposeful death, we are.
God knows the evil of the world but he uses it for good, so where there is death there is also good and where there is destruction there is also production.Cause & effect.

God set laws of nature in effect. The original plan was for humans to live eternally and at peace. Unfortunately, humans screwed up the plan. Their mistake had consequences for the rest of us.
It's not as though God could do something and chooses not to, it's that, like any parent, He lets His children suffer the logical consequences of their behavior sometimes. From what I know of God, it's reasonable to conclude that if every person in the world suddenly repented and accepted His guidance in their lives, the horrors of our world would pretty much be eradicated. But human nature says, no, we can't all just get along, so we keep breaking the rules and suffering the consequences.

Life is a dynamic process, birth occurs and then death and so on. The number of deaths occurring due to old age alone is not enough to keep the balance. So for death to occur in appropriate numbers, it needs reasons, like disease, earthquakes, floods, etc.

Why is there suffering/evil in the world? Excellent question. There are many reasons. The effects of corporate sin. The effects of the devil's influence over human affairs. The effects of bad individual and corporate decisions. God is showing us the natural consequences of sin. God in punishing sin. God is showing us that suffering and even death is not necessarily evil in and of itself...in other words pain and suffering is not always bad or undesirable. A host of reasons..who can search the unfathomable depths of His glory?

We face death because we are sinners. Destruction is not allowed by God, it's caused by work of mankind.
