I keep having these terrible pains in my stomach as if someone is trying to eat it or something. I have a baked potato earlier, but, everytime I lay down is when the pain happens. Does anyone know what it is?

Ulcer, appendicitis and gastritis are common causes of stomatch pain.
If it is constipation pl treat it with green veges and salads. CITRUS FRUITS AT MORNING are the best if acidity is not there.
There is no medicine for almost all painful diseases. Hence they become chronic.
Acidity, WORRY, excessive wind, cold , heat, sour food and sinusitis, constipation, intestinal inflammation;
Blockage in the flow of Vital Energy are their causes. None of them can be treated with medicine. Our 90% success in treating all pains confirms it.
Acupuncture is the best treatment. I can treat it with naturopathy and YOG, but how can you manage pl see.

Sounds like an ulcer.

Mine used to get worse when I laid down. Go see a Dr.

Tums or such might help, but if it is a bleedng ulcer it will need more attention than that.
