I doubt enough of them will be "raptured" to make much difference. Have you seen how they act?

The bus you are traveling on will have already been stopped, everyone will be watching the Second Coming of Jesus Christ. The rapture will come when the last trumpet of Christ's arrival sounds.
1 Corinthians 15:51-53 (New International Version)
51Listen, I tell you a mystery: We will not all sleep, but we will all be changed— 52in a flash, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed. 53For the perishable must clothe itself with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality.

Good point! We've all seen those bumper stickers "In case of Rapture, car is yours", right? Yeah, I don't think people would want to be undergoing critical heart surgery or anything, either!
Of course, you could argue that virtually anything is dangerous, so perhaps those who aren't Christian also need to assume some responsibility. Obviously, taking the bus or having surgery are just two things NOT to do!

the "rapture" is a concocted theory having its roots somewhere in the later, 1800s. Up until that time, this theory was non-existent. The rapture theory is not a plausible, Biblical doctrine - but the wishful thinking of some people.

At first I thought ' HUH'? when I read your headline. Reading the rest was funny! It is a good point but don't worry about it, God will take care of what is just and what isn't. Nothing to concern yourself about, unless you aren't saved. Then you have a lot to think about don't you? Seven years to think about it and they are going to be tough times for any and all left behind.
It won't seem so funny then. But then your afterlife is a very serious affair now don't you think?

Very valid point, but I wouldn't worry too much. I don't think that many people will be participating.
