program to know the browsed internet sites?

I want to know what all sites are browsed by any user even if he deletes cookies and history also I want to know any software available to know the genuiness of motherboard and cpu.

No if those are deleted or shreaded securely by some available very very populer and free 'cleaners" with expert hands then it's difficult to retrieve those thru any such soft-apps utility. You better search for any parenteral control and password-lock over forbidden-site access by ur users.
