I have a lot of unresolved issues with my ex, so along with feeling sad, I've been very angry. Plus, tomorrow would have been our wedding day, so I need to feel the emotion of some good music to get me through this mood. I've been listening to a lot of Fiona Apple. I always rather liked "Thank God and Greyhound (You're Gone)" by Roy Clark.
I was married 15 years to my first wife. I really needed to move on. Even years later there is still anger and disappointment in me. I love my second and ultimate wife, and we will spend eternity together, but dealing with baggage is always a problem.
I liked your choice, but I think you have to move beyond this stage and fairly soon.
