thanks every who answered my question about the tread mill, now can someone give me some good tips as what I should eat. Should I eat breakfast before working out.?

Calories do Count - 10 x your desired
weight. example: 120lbs x 10 = 1200
calories. cut out sweets & fats eat more
green veggies & salads Cut back on
white stuff (sugar,bread,flour,rice,potato,etc)
NO SODAS (liquid sugar) pies,cakes,etc.
continue on your treadmill - good luck.

Always eat breakfast. Always. As for the rest of the day, make sure to eat a normal healthy diet. You don't need to have a special diet for doing what you're doing. And make sure to drink plenty of fluids.

Slim Fast or Generic Equivalent. They stop hunger and the munchies ...

I lost 50 lbs. with Slim Fast and walking for 1 hour 3 times a week.
