My weight is 110 Kg and when I was watching one of the american programs which called "The biggest loser" on TV I saw a very huge guy whose weight is 240 lb, so when I converted my weight from kilo to pound I found that I weigh 264 lb which I do not believe it because I am not as fat as the man I saw on tv.

The lb weight is the same 16 oz. The reason you are not as big as the guy on tv is because you have more muscle than the dude on TV . A lb of fat is larger than a lb of muscle. 1 kg = 2.2 lbs so you would be 242lb.

Your math is a little off, but not much. To convert from kilograms to pounds you would multiply the kilos by 2.20. So 110 x 2.20= 242 lbs.
The man on TV could be shorter than you are, it would make him appear heavier, even if he weighs less or the same as you do.

Are you taking into consideration --- your height -- your weight to height ratio would have a major affect on this observation !!

I weigh 248 lbs -- but -- I am 6' 7" tall
I am considerably slimmer than someone 248 lbs. and standing -- say 6' tall !!

When I first came aboard to answer -- I was going to tell you that the American pound was weight and the English pound was currency !!!
