american beer sucks on the whole cause its so bitter. oh i miss european beer. what american beers can i buy that are not bitter, or at least arent too bitter?

Wow, of all the answers you have gotten, only two are American beers, but I would not consider them beers at all.

If you are looking for a well balanced American beer, try Yuengling Traditional Lager (if you are on the East Coast). It's made by the oldest continuous family owned brewery in the United States. It's not too hoppy, but it's not too malty either, with just enough carbonation to make it interesting without being overwhelming.

Had it been the first beer I tried, I wouldn't have waited two and a half years between my first and second beers. If you can find Yuengling though, be sure to give it a try. It's just a simple beer that reminds you of what good beer tastes like.

the new Miller chill my bf donewnt drink beer cause its bitter but he will drink the miler chill. try it he likes it you might

Miller Lite. It's inexpensive and it's not bitter.

I like Newcastle Brown, from England. It is easy to find in USA.
