Hi, i am currently 19 years old.

for the past 4 months i've been experiencing a-lot of pimple in my face. and i never ever use to get this much, (maybe 1 or 3 but very rare). and all of a sudden, when school was out 3 months ago, ive been just getting them on my face. some are big some small.

anyways, im over-weight and i didn't exercise for a while, and ive been stting home for 2 months, (thats when i noticed them)

but i dont get it, i experimented with just drinking lots of water, eat healthy food, but they still appear, then when i see no results in 1 week, i usually order some outside food like 2-3 times a week. and then it gets even worste.

what can i do to get rid of these pimples, iis there another way i can do it without exercising.

I believe that if you exercise you sweat out toxins from your body. I had this same problem too when i didn't have really bad acne while I was exercising and then suddenly i get bad acne when i stopped.

Maybe you should also eat foods with antioxidants like with berries and all that stuff.

O and I started working out again and it makes me feel better than when i wasnt working out so i guess i am less stressed out about not working out.

Also I am going to try and clean and detoxify my immune system, i mean i don't believe that this alone will improve my acne, but it makes sense to try and take out all that junk that remains in your body that is not good for you.

I believe that the less junk you retain in your body, the less worried you have to be about certain foods causing you acne.
Just try detoxifying your body and also make sure to keep on using an acne regimen for your face as well. Like cleansing your face twice a day, once in the morning and once in at night, using acne medication such as 2.5 percent benzoyl peroxide cream at night, and if you have dry skin you might want to buy a non irritating moisturizer.

Pimples are a part of life. Also, as you go through your teen and early 20s, your body is producing variating amounts of hormones. It will take a while before your body is happy with a set amount of hormones. In the meantime, a high rash of pimples from time to time can be expected.
Noxzema products are good for the skin.
You can also try vitamin E supplements. Vitamin E is very good for the skin and supplements works on the skin from the inside out.
Once a week, make a mask of egg yolk (which is rich in vitamin E), let it dry, and then wash it off the the shower.
Good luck.

maybe possibly you changed face wash. if you did some ingredient in it probably irradiated you skin and gave you pimples. and during school you get lots of exercise so i guess when all of a sudden you stopped then you body wasn't used to the none activity. but even when not in school it's very important to get some exercise daily because if you don't your body won't feel or look any better by just sitting there. actually doing some exercises can clear your skin. cause sweatin although it's gross can actually wash out the clogged pore and get rid of the oil in the face. and then afterwards just wash your face with a mild face wash.

I am 35 years old and still get pimples however it is not as bad as I was about 12 years old.

Excercising has nothing to do with pimples. Get those over the counter face stuff to wash your face good that will reduce your pimples.
Your body is still changing (hormones stuff), so again exercising has nothing to do with this!

Our face has small pores. Everyday dust gets collected in it and due to which proper sunlight or other nutrients can't reach inside our skin and we get pimples!! to avoid this wash your face regularly 5 to 6 times a day..take a nutritious diet and use a mild cream on face.......wash ur face with cold water..u can even use a mild scrub....

Your body's chemistry changes every five years. I never had a pimple until age 21. I use proactiv and am very satisfied with the results.

A large number of oil producing glands called “sebaceous glands” are present under the skin ( see figure - skin cross section) on face, back, chest and shoulders. During puberty or menopause due to the influence of the

sex hormones, which are produced in male and female, these glands become more active and produce an oily secretion called “sebum”. The sebum makes the skin more oily .The excessive sebum clogs the skin pore or the pit of the hair follicle forming acne.
Apart from this the other causes of acne eruption are

Excess oiliness of skin due to external application of oil or oil contained preparations.

Medications like steroids, contraceptive pills which increase oil secretion of skin.
Sometimes constipation.
The blocked pore or acne acts as good habitat for bacteria. The bacterial infection causes inflammation (red, painful swelling of the infected area) of the clogged pore or hair follicle leading to eruption of pimples.

Vata and Kapha are two main doshas, which are involved in eruption of acne and pimples

The oil produced by oil glands is called as meda (body fat). Kapha (one of the tridoshas) is dominant in meda. The presence of Kapha in oil makes it sticky. Vata is dominant in skin. When vata gets aggravated due to unhealthy diet and life styles, it activates the oil glands of skin to secrete more sticky oil or sebum. Thus the sticky oil or sebum oozes out to clog skin pores.

The factors, which vitiate VATA:
Controlling natural urges like urination, defecation, sleep, hunger, thirst etc.
Consuming food irregularly.
Late nights.
Talking in high pitch.
Consuming dry, oily, spicy foods.
Psychological disturbances.
