Go to a College or University Library. Sit next to a hot girl. Ask if she's in a certain class (just make one up). If she seems like she might be into you she will give you some sign. If she's not she will totally turn her back to you and never look up at you.
Don't meet girls in bars.....unless you just want to get laid...then totally go to bars...LOL
