Fornication is not illegal. It is among the consent of couples to decide to have sex or not...

Yet it can be complicated when underage couples are concerned or date rape has been presented to court as fornication. Just like in the European or American law, same issues arise when fornication is discussed through the light of date rapes or underage people etc...
