would i be able to get a job as a part-time employee without a social security number? i'm going to Los angeles california for the summer and i'm staying over at my uncle's for summer school only( i'm canadian), and i wanna work, so can i?

I think so, but you need to bring your Canadian documents with you, and possibly get a visa or something for the US.
