I don't know if this counts as a Turkish dessert (my aunts make this), it's a chocolate pudding cake with graham crackers. I see a lot of people making it these days and I'm sure it's a new recipe. I love anything with rich chocolate and yummy pudding! :-)

Oh my God! Not again!!!
Now if I mention one, the others will get sad, lol.
I love almost all of them. How can I distinguish among those delicious desserts. But let me tell you my favourites:
from pastries: Kaymaklı/fıstıklı baklava, bülbülyuvası
from flour/semolina ones: Åekerpare of course
from puddings: kazandibi, sakızlı muhallebi.

Kazan dibi is one of my favorites, sekerpare mmmmm, baklava, profiterol...
And now they even have ice cream made from some of these Turkish desserts! Ice cream à nd sekerpare, double lezzetli!

I didn't know there were any deserts in Turkey. Do you mean desserts, as in cake, ice cream, cookies, etc.????
