This girl that I work with. She flirted with me one day. She wears tight pants and I added her as a friend on facebook and she has pictures of her making out with some guy during a vacation. She has pictures of her wearing short skirts and shorts. She obviously went to a tanning booth for some of the clubs she was at.
Does this all add up to her being a s!ut (which was my inital thought when I saw her) or do you think appearences can be deceiving?

Everyone here seems to assume that you're looking to avoid someone who's a s!ut. Maybe that's desirable to you? Who knows, maybe you're hoping that, if she's easy, she'll be easy with you. It sounds like she might flirt with a lot of people, so her flirting with you doesn't mean she's interested, but it doesn't mean she's NOT interested, either. Get to know her and see. Also, a lot of young girls make mistakes when they're young. Once you get to know her, she might turn out to be someone you can be with, so long as you're not looking for a virgin. Don't judge her before you know her, unless you're willing to be judged in return.

It's pretty normal to have emotional feelings for people who you're not sexually attracted to, this happens more often than you think. I am a gay guy, and only attracted to guys. But I've had feelings for a girl once, but the very idea of sex with women was never on mind. So I believe you're gay, you like guys sexually, not women.

When I see a woman over 19 wearing tight and short clothing, it says something about her. She may not be a sl*t, but she's an attention whore. Either way, I'd steer clear.

I think you're being too judgmental. Obviously she's not a straight edge or "church mouse" type but that doesn't mean she's a slut. Why don't you stop looking at her and take the time to get to know her?

You shouldn't judge a book by its cover get to know her and then decide whether or not she is someone that sleeps around or thats just the way she likes the dress...

it might not add up to her being a slut, exactly, but it lines up pretty close. she apparently doesn't care enough about herself to care about what she wears, and she doesn't care enough about herself to be picky about which guys she hangs around with, much less kisses or makes out with. you might be ok as her friend, but don't go for anything more.

It's not your place to judge, but keep in mind don't put your self with someone you don't feel comfertable with their behaviors. Get to know her first and see where that takes you.
