Is there any limits? If there is, will it work if someone buys multiple gift cards with the same limit?

Absolutely. As long as the place from which you purchase the gift cards excepts credit cards. There isn't any limit on the number you can buy. At least, there isn't a limit until you have maxed out your credit card...

if they are store gift cards, then yes- if they are like visa gift cards im not sure. At a store, however if you buy gift cards you can buy pretty much as amny as you want but most credit cards have a daily limit and you wouldnt be able to esceed that amount. REmember though, gift cards generally cant be excahnged for cash. I am not sure why you want so many cards, but yea...

Anyuthing that's sold legally can be paid for with a credit card except utilities, and in some states, even those.

Yes you can buy gift cards with a credit card.

Based on your questions, it sounds like you are planning to perform some type of fraud though. If so, I hope you get caught.
