I'd consider this sexual harrassment... I was at work the other day. I went to use the washroom, while in there an older man 30-40 walked in. I was in the stall, of course, and he started called me stuff like, ******, and I was just like, what the hell. It was probably the most uncomfortable moment in my entire life, especially because I was in the bathroom.
Anyways, the guy must have used the urinal. He washed up, and then threw his pissy paper towel over the stall at me, and turned the lights off, and called me a ****** again. I mean. Clearly the guy had something terminally wrong with him. No one does that, and I'm still scarred. Like seriously. I can't even use that washroom anymore. I go to another one, because that wasn't just awkward, I felt so violated.
I haven't told my employers yet, because I'm not one to start one, but I'm seriously considering quitting now just because I feel so uncomfortable.
What would you do?
No this isn't a joke.

To answer someone elses question. I have no idea who it was, they took off. Imagine my position, I was frozen by the shock of how someone would be so downright rude and even do that.

I definitly wouldn't call it sexual harrasment.. but what happened is definitly wrong. My guess is that he thought you were someone else and didn't realize who was in the stall.. but I would definitly report it..

I do not know what a **** is.. I will have to assume that it is a gay reference? Did you take a peek at his ... ***** we will go with unit. I am going to make the assumption that you did not and that this individual just had some problems. There are many factors that I would take into account.
1) how big is this company
I ask because if there are 10 people there and you have been there for 3 months and he has been there for 3 years his word might be taken over yours.
I did not say that it was right just a consideration.
If it is a larger company (over 30 people) I would approach someone in HR (If you have an HR) and let them know that you did not want to do anything at this time BUT you did want to put it on record so if this does happen again OR something worse then you will have some recourse. If you choose to do nothing at this point and something does happen in the future then you can yell and scream all you want but the question will be ask why did you not report it back when it happened.
The question you have to ask yourself is
What do I want to happen at this point?
Ex. Move Departments. Have Him fired.
If I tell someone how will I benefit?
If I tell someone how can this not help me?
Regardless if safety is an issue you will have to approach the issue in some regard. Just know what you want to do before you do it because you will be asked your opinion.

I would have and still would report this incident. The person who did this shouldn't have talked to any human being in this manner. This person might do something worst if allowed to walk freely in and out of bathrooms and such. I know for a fact that this person has a "mental hangup." One that you don't have to be a part of. Take care of this right away. BEFORE you enter any home or building, quietly say "Peace Be To This House." - Luke 10:5. Those who are within those premises will be mindful that peace must exist. They won't know why, but you will know what has occurred. Remember this, What shall we then say to these things? If GOD be for us, who can be against us? - Romans 8:31. The Lord daily loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our salvation. Selah. - Psalm 68:19. Peace, Love and God Bless.

1st you can not run from the world everytime something is wrong. If you like your job, location, company, and/ or co-employees, face this problem. Go to the management of the company and continue to go higher everytime you get no satisfaction. The pen is powerful as is the media. These days with lawsuits and compitition companies don't want bad publicity. Use resources to reach this goal but make sure you are professional and presentation is everything. Good luck with whatever you decide.

I'm not sure if this qualifies for harassment but I would ask your supervisor what to do. If it was this uncomfortable to you then you need to find out why this person did this, or at least get your supervisor to see why this happened.
I wouldn't quit over this, though. You might not know why this person did this but if it escalates any further (and nothing is done) then I would start looking into other options.
Hope this helps.

If you know who it was, report him to your employer, probably a human resources department.
It is possible that he mistook you for someone else, since he couldn't see who you were, but that's still no excuse. Whether or not you are the kind of person to start fights, you don't have to have any confrontations, since once the report is in that's the end of your responsibility. It is then up to human resources to do something about it.

Interesting. Did the guy work with you? If he did definately report it! What a disgusting creep! Don't be scarred by it, just be pissed and if you can have a sense of humor. I know its awful but the story could be kind of funny if you changed your perspective. You should have just beat him up. Either way you probably should report it. He sounds like he needs to be in a home if you know what I mean, or jail.

I think you probably want to ask you colleagues if they've also encountered this guy the same way before. Sorry I don't know what you're referring to with "******", but your description of the experience certainly sounds creepy. However, quiting your job over it is a bit over the top. Definitely want to bring it to your boss's attention, whether you know the creep or not, and let your boss categorize the problem (sexual harassment or otherwise).

Yes, you CAN file this to the Trading Standards officer at your neighborhood council places of work. You will uncover this can be a enormous con which has been going for a quantity of years. Linked with that is a different enormous con which is composed of a intended wealthy widow in need of you to take cash off her fingers on your favorite charity.

Yes, you should report it if you know the person's name or can identify him again.
EDIT*
Well, since you don't know who the guy was, you should still report it to your employer and ask that a memo goes out to all employees addressing restricted behaviors and consequences that include dismissal of employment if caught. This way, the guy who did it knows that you're not just some punk who's going to take that type of abuse.
