I want a good camera that also has video and audio. I've narrowed it between 3 cameras that are all the same price. All three say they have video, but only the Canon powershot specifies it has video and audio. Does anyone know if all three have video and audio?

Fuji® FinePix A820 8.3MP Digital Camera
Price...$145.00

Sony® Cyber-shot® DSC-S700 7.2MP Digital Camera
Price...$145.00

Canon® PowerShot A550 7.1MP Digital Camera
Price...$145.00

I bought a Fuji several years ago and was pretty dissatisfied with it. It wouldn't focus properly and so the pictures did not have the clarity. When they stole it, I wasn't even made. I did my research, Consumer Reports, PC mag and others and then read what the experts said about all the cameras available at the time. I bought a Canon 5500 Sport. It had everything and was very reasonable. I still use it for video. I finally bought a rebel SLR. I had a lot of extremely good lens from my 35 mm. I take a lot of pictures of animals so I needed more telephoto. The Canon was excellent, just not enough zoom. It does it all and I still like it as much as the Rebel. The photos are really close. Just stay away from the very little ones unless you just want to have a camera in your pocket. The Canon was the next size up and fit into a WalMart Camera case-Samsonite for $5. The Canon also used AA batteries which I thought was a good iidea since I have a charger and use those rechargeables for everything. But the larger battery in the rebel charges in the same amount of time and lasts forever. All the current write ups on the available cameras now will compare each one and you can choose which suits your needs. Still, I was really unhappy witht he Fuji and I paid a fortune. The Canon was in the $245/250 range and did so much more. Of course all cameras have really gotten better in the last few years.

I would recommend the Canon.
It has the best video mode of the 3 (640x480 vs 320x240) and has a 4x optical zoom.
