Are there any programs that I can use or download that I can edit videos I make with my cell phone?

The videos I made with my cell phone have poore sound, you can hardly hear them, and the picture isn't the clearest...and they are videos of my family that I can't remake, is there any programs I can get that I will be able edit them?

Freedownloads have a couple o programs and most offer to convert to upload to watch on your phone so it will be able to reverse the process
