The media didn't understand that it requires solid evidence to convict someone of such a severe crime and the prosecutors simply didn't have it. A high profile case like that one is often gambled on without a plea bargain because the publicity could lead to a future political office for the prosecution and promotions for the lead police officers if all goes well and generally doesn't damage one's future if it doesn't. If the media doesn't sensationalize a trial, the US system IS the best.

This analogy can also be framed in 2 special methods. God is blameless (exists/does not exist) till verified responsible of life/non-life. It's all a question of viewpoint and semantics. Therefore there's no truly reply when you consider that the query is moot.

The problem with what? He didn't go to jail forever or even a few years, get the death penalty or even have to give up his kids. So, where's this problem you're talking about, except that he thinks he's so clever since he got away with murder that he can get away with anything, like breaking and entering. I hope they lock his butt up for the max for that one! The jury's decision was one of the most racist things I have ever seen.

The system is not perfect. This is one example of a flaw many people within our public think.

Are you kidding me? Unless you can honestly say that you would have O.J come stay a week or so at your house without putting your butchers knife away, then you can ask "What is the problem". Do us a favor and get in touch with your butcher...................oh and don't drive a Bronco........
