Try some Dramamine. It is available over the counter for motion sickness.

one half hour to 45 minutes prior to the carride try any over the counter antinausea remedy like dramamine, meclizine. these will make your mouth dry, but should prevent the nausea.if your not helped by this, go to an md who can prescribe a medicine for you.unfortunately there isnt another way other than meds. you could also keep your eyes on the road and its best to drive the car rather than be a passenger

they have a pill for that go to the drug store and ask the druggest... Als soda crackers...
