Question

for me to go to a different school i dislike my school so much and my parent and i cant move. i make good grades A's and B's
i play basketball too.
can i go to another school in the district but how???
they cant afford for me to go to a private school like they attended for me to go when i was little

i think it time for a change


plz tell me what can be done
like any way or resquest i can ask or like a magic word!!!

I am assuming you go to a public school. OK, assuming you can't go to a 'magnet school,' here is what you can try: You and your parents should get a list of all the schools in your area you would be willing to go to. Find out their course offerings. Say, there is a school that teachers Latin or Arabic or something unusual. You and your parents must make a case that you really WANT to study that subject (whatever the subject the target school has that no other school in the area has). Convince them you really want to take that course or courses. They might make an exception and let you transfer. But if you do, you must take that course and try to do well in it.

since schools are controlled by the state and local governments, each school district is a little different. You'll have to investigate what the options are. I would start with the local school district and ask them what your choices are.
