he doesnt have acne on his face or anywhere else, he just gets it on his butt. how can he get rid of it for good!

Hon, he can do two things: 1. Soak his butt in a tub of salt water. This is how--Pour an entire box of Morton's Salt into a bath tub that is filling with hot water, as hot as you can tolerate it, then sit in it until the water turns cool. 2. Keep his butt clean. I mean impeccably clean. Do not scrub it but wash it gently with soap and water every night. good luck on clearing up the pimples on his butt. He may have to repeat the salt soak a few times butt I can guarantee it'll work. Sorry I couldn't help myself, butt I really tried. I always end up the butt of people's jokes.

1] use Neutrogena Acne Body Wash every day
2] of course, daily change of underwear, preferably cotton
3] use Aapri or St Ives apricot scrub every two days until clears up, then once a week
4] acne cream or gel to zits
5] cut out the crap in his diet - avoid fried, fast, and junk foods - even diet junk foods
PS: Tell him to make sure the toilet seats at home are cleaned regularly, and cover any seats [ with TP ] he uses at school or in public - great germ places!

Change laundry detergent, go for something milder, and give the undies and extra rinse for starters.
If that doesn't do it, a dermatologist could probably diagnose it quickly and come up with more recommendations.
