i am not happy with it i allow my children to watch it because i trusted Disney to screen their people for integrity in all aspects and no i don't think that is to much to ask. and she was only 15 ewe ??? why what is missing in that child's life that she would feel that she had to validate herself that way .@!**?? i am confused even the excuse to send it to a present boyfriend who is also on the show. Disney the place where you can get a hook up. sigh...

a Disney star posing nude?
I did not even know it happened.

well i guess it would not bother considering if I did not know about it then my kids don't
half the time I do not even realize these people are from children's films, tv shows until i see them in costume or in character.
I am sure it is the same for kids.

i guess it depends how it is done and what the motivation was.
porn and art are two very different things.

I think i might have to Google to see who it is now LOL

I do not feel bad for her in any way, shape or form. I find it extremely low her her to do and I don't understand why she would do it in the first place. She is very lucky that Disney Channel backed her up...I really didn't think they would.
There are a lot of idolized people who do stupid things. My boys are football fanatics and adore and look up to certain football coaches. A few of them I have read articles about them cheating and setting people up etc. My kids of course don't see that, they just see the magic playmaker behind thw winning football team. They have been taught though that every person in the world makes mistakes and that when they do, sometimes it makes us think differently about them. In this case, I'm sure there are many who will be thinking "differently" about Vanessa.
Best Wishes =]

I do feel bad for her. I just don't want my kids to find out about it. I asked them if they're friends told them anything about Vanessa Hudgens, and they said no. My kids know all of the songs and they watch the movie everytime it comes on Disney.

We all make mistakes, she was young and we are all human. However, I dont want my child looking up to someone who does that. It's hard though because no matter where you look, no where is safe. Cartoons arent even that safe. Most parents dont even know that action, adventure, and detective child cartoons and shows have been proven to cause children to be more aggressive. Therefore, Im not even really surprised about that situation. Disney have never been that innocent to begin with. Especially Disney movies.

Well, it's up to the individual I guess, what they want to do with their own careers...but I think if someone is going to work exclusively on children's movies, or be a role model for children, they need to think more carefully about the public image they're presenting.
And we wonder today why children are so short on morals?

I hears this on the news too. The pics were personal pics, and were supposed to be emailed to her B/F, whom happens to be on the movie with her, but he never received them. Someone must have hacked into her or his computer. I think it was a one time thing and don't think it should be made a big deal. Vanessa is NOWHERE near as skanky as Brit or Lindsey.

1) she was 18 when the picture was taken, and from what I hear it was meant to be private (at least it's not some skanky sex tape like Hilton or Spears)

2) my kids aren't seeing pictures of her nude, they haven't even heard of it. What are other kids reading that they know about it? If they are old enough to surf the net without adult interaction, they're probably old enough to deal with a nude picture. If they are young enough to not cope mentally with it, don't share it with them. She's a person, after all.

I think that as a parent I would have taken the time to talk to my daughter about the people that she looks up to. It is time to break the cult of celebrity worship that plagues this nation.Thank God my girl is grown, married and having grand-babies for me to dote on.

She better have been 18 when the pictures were taken, otherwise, it's child pronography.

I was under the impression that she turned 18 last December and that the pictures were recent.
