Without a doubt! I'd rather get my spirit lifted, and my soul filled in church instead of getting a drunken spirit in the bars and a hangover for my soul in the morning. I'd rather put my money in the offering basket to help the homeless, than into the pockets of the bartender and be a basket case in the morning. I'd rather be blessed by God than blessed with an anemic bank account (of which the bartenders used to get a hold of in my drunken stupor)
What I used to be and the blessings God has given me will never surpass the love and forgiveness he has shown me.
It's not a matter of "going to church" it's a matter of my future and where I'm going. Blessings!
By the way, have some class no need to show your a**, all due respect to my brothers and sisters in Christ.

Yes! At the Church I go to, people pray for healing after the service and people feel this heat in their hearts, and they weep, and their depression goes away, and sometimes someone gets healed of blindness or bad knees or something like that. Lots of signs and wonders happen in spirit filled Churches!

Be blessed.

i haven't been to church since i was in jail. i really don't like the church seen too much. but i guess since i'm trying too better myself i guess i should go for myself instead for the two face people that be in there! and i don't like preachers preaching about money all the time and wanting to pass that plate around so he can put gas in his bmw. good question though i think the world needs Jesus so bad right now! and we should all love one another no matter what! race, religion, etc. i don't consider myself religious cause all the conflicts in religion and all the rules and regulations. I just try to have a relationship with God and try to do right. well until next time enjoy your life cause your not promised tomorrow and have fun cause life is too short

yes and no. I'm scared I will feel convicted of something. Also I have to go by myslef now so that is scary. I go in late and sit up the back. God usually puts someone near me who interests me so much that I can't concentrate on what is happening on stage.

No. I think it's boring. The speaker has to be preaching about something that is interesting to me. I haven't found one yet.

I look forward to being outside in beautiful places, or having my hands in the earth. I don't like buildings filled with judgmental types.
