You have a wash/shower don't you. Well a dog likes to be clean too, Can't really get a wash bowl and face cloth can he/she?

They pass their sent on to themselves and also they clean themselves doing this even though it is gross to watch them do this.

to keep them clean and if they dont clean them then they get infections so nature tells them to keep parts of their body clean
