i`m 12 years old. less than a hundred pounds. 5"3 or 5"2 in height. VERY THIN.

Do a little research. Learn what to eat and how much. Don't eat a lot of junk food even tho' it is fattening. You know at 12 you are probably growing pretty fast and when you slow down, everything will catch up. Take an extra bite or two of food after you are full. It adds up-trust me. But keep track of your weight so that you don't start gaining too much weight. Remember that very thin people look oh so good in their clothes. In the mean time try laying your clothes. Only the very thin and models can do that successfully. Check out what you are wearing from the front and the back to see that what you have on makes you look the best you can. Check out all the stores that have clothes for younger folks. Look at what they have on the models and check out the magazines in the grocery store to see what would look good on you. Take a good look at the models and some of the actresses and they are rail thin and look very, very good. Just learn how to carry yourself. And always stand very straight with your shoulders back and head up. It will make you look confident, proud and in control. That will do the most for you.

you don't seem to be fats, and humans on listed below are beautiful blunt. I know the way you think too, as even though all of your peers are extra concerned approximately your ego than wellness. But no you're no longer fats and that i do not suppose you're fitting fats, plus, simply opt for a stroll like 4 occasions every week in case you do think a bit of obese sooner or later.

There is nothing wrong with being under a hundred pounds. 60lbs to 120lbs is within normal.

Just weight til you get married (that alone will put some pounds on you) and then get pregnant.

Don't try to be fat but rather gain weight. You should drink Ensure or Boost to add extra calories to your diet.

you need to stop right there...you are not fat.. perfectly fine for your age.. as long as you eat healthy your ok. i promise i have a girl in my grade who is taller thatn you and just as thin.. great shape for cheerleading... ha ha dont worry. you are perfectly fine...again your fine@!!! lol
