I can a female cat and a male cat, the male cat is always sucking on her nipples..?

He was probably weaned too soon. If it bothered the female cat, she would chase him away. If it really bothers you, you could try to distract him with a toy or catnip mouse when he does it. Otherwise, he will probably outgrow it on his own eventually.

Cats do this if they were separated too young from their mother. Also they do this because it comforts them. I have five months kittens who suckle at their male guardian cat because momma cat is pregnant again and doesn't want any thing to do with them. What you could do is put a little baby talc powder on their tummies and since they can't stand the taste.. they will stop.
