Kosher Dill is my most frequently consumed but mostly because my other favorites are hard to find or require me to do them myself which is time consuming.
I made a list below to give some ideas and some of my more exotic favorites.
I love pickles, well, most of them. Sour, Dill, Kosher Dill but not Sweet (Bread and Butter). I will also pickle just about anything. Cabbage (Sauerkraut) is amazing cooked with onions and sausage topped off with mustard. Pickled Mango is delicious (great Indian food compliment). Layering Onions, Tomatoes and Cucumber slices with salt and leaving to pickle is delicious, the flavors combine well. Pickled Soy Beans, Squash/Zucchini, truthfully any vegetable that will not fall apart after steeping in brine is delicious.

I'm more into sour than sweet... Definately love dill and kosher dill. Have you ever eaten Korean food? They have pickled cabbage (kim chee) r salads that are delicious. I'm pretty much a fan of almost every pickled vegetable. Don't like pickled meat. That is disgusting.

A, B and C but I hate Kosher dills. They taste like they've been dipped in kerosene.

Yes I am a pickle eater but I wouldn't say that I am IN LOVE WITH THEM. And actually I don't have a favorite kind. I just eat what I have. Ah aha.
