It would only be biological warfare if it was weaponized, it just seems that this is a nasty little illness but not a weapon.

Even if it was, it seems to be a very mild "biological weapon" compared to sulfar mustard chemical agents and not nearly as effecive as anthrax or yelllow fever.

Not "biological warfare", because the disease was not intentionally spread by combatants.

It is, however, biological. Pretty nasty looking lesion. But just because it has yet to be explained, doesn't make it bio warfare.

When I was in the military they showed us some films of people hit with blister agent. That wound looks very similar to chemical warfare films that I saw.

It's pretty unlikely there is such a disease, though the diagnosis has become extraordinarily popular on the www.
