Does it take special cleaning than the facial piercings? Is it true what they say "If you walk certain ways, you can have your own 'O'? Why do you do it, what's the purpose of getting it pierced down there?

well There are SEVERAL Piercing you can get down there ... Which one are you refering to?
Clit related ones include the Triangle, Nefertiti, Horizontal hood, Vertical hood, Isabella, and the actual clit itself
And then there are inner labia, Outer Labia, Forchette, Princess Albertina, and Christina
Personally I want a Triangle and Christina piercing; myself.

No, you don't need a special cleaner, in fact that sounds like a bad idea. Just soap and water is fine. I'm not too sure about this myth about getting an "O" but i imagine the please is heightened a bit by doing something to those nerve endings.
Don't forget though...if someone were to get a special place piercing that they wouldn't be able to use said piercing for a month or so.

I personally don't like it, but I heard it add extra spice to your sex life. It definatly takes special cleaning because if it gets infected your screwed unlike when you have a nose pierce or ear pierce it recovers, but down there I think it takes a while because skin down there is especially sensitive

Different stroke for different folks. For some people, piercing, no matter where, makes them feel more beautiful or more empowered. What works for some isn't for everyone. I have heard that clitoral piercings, if done right, can enhance sensations. I, however, am not willing to try it out.

I have no idea about that myth haha sorry.
Why? It's like any other piecing, because you want to. It also can inhance your sex life.

I think that would get in the way and be very uncomfortable especially during sex.
