Yes, Yes I know it's almost Halloween. But I was cleaning out the kitchen cabinets and I found some Chocolate left over from Easter, like the chocolate Easter bunnies...things like that.
So I'm wondering if I should throw it out, or do you think it's still good???

Thanks

Chances are it's still good since it was in a cabinet. If it had been out in the sun or other high heat, it might have gone bad on you. It'll have a whitish cast to the outside if it's gone bad. I'm guessing you'll find it looks normal...my local chocolate making company is still selling last Christmas's leftover candy. Because it hasn't been exposed to hot temperatures, it's still fine.

When chocolate is old, it turns white. I've seen this happen to chocolate bar's in MRE's. It was milk chocolate, but had spots that were white and dried out.

It's still good, have at it!

Helk I found a bag of Kit Kats from Easter, took them to work and everyone ate them, no fatalities so I think you're okay.

I would throw it out, but next time you have left over candy, put it in a good freezer bag and freeze it !!

It probably is still good but if you're really unsure then why dont you check the best before date on it (if it has one.)
Simple!

Hope that helped!
