In 2 Timothy 3:16: it says "All scripture is given by inspiration of of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: And in Revelation 22:18 For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: 22.19 And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.
And with these Scriptures and the warning that in Revelation I would say that every word in the Bible is word of God.

Actually, NO WHERE. The bible being error free is a precept of man.
The bible does say in Genesis 11, that god did come down and CONFUSE the WORD. In the OT prophesy of Zephaniah, basically it says that man will speak in ONE voice again at the 'Day of Judgement". Zeph 3:9 "For then will I return to the people a pure language, that they may all call upon the name of the LORD, to serve him with one consent.
One should ALSO note that the biblical collection is also a precept of man. 363CE Council of Laodicea names 26 New Testament books as "inspired word of God"; Book of Revelation is excluded. It took another 25yrs for Revelatons to offically be added to the collection. One should also comment that the VOTE was hardly unanimous.

Besides the fact that Jesus refers to the Scripture as the Word of God in Luke 11:28-"But He said, Blessed (happy and to be envied) rather are those who hear the Word of God and obey and practice it!" and the words that the Apostles and preachers spoke concerning Jesus are referred to as God's Word in Acts 12:24-"But the Word of the Lord [concerning the attainment through Christ of salvation in the kingdom of God] continued to grow and spread." there is also: 2Peter 1:20-"[Yet] first [you must] understand this, that no prophecy of Scripture is [a matter] of any personal or private or special interpretation (loosening, solving).
2Peter 1:21-For no prophecy ever originated because some man willed it [to do so--it never came by human impulse], but men spoke from God who were borne along (moved and impelled) by the Holy Spirit."
There are some others as have already been stated-2Timothy 3:16-"Every Scripture is God-breathed (given by His inspiration) and profitable for instruction, for reproof and conviction of sin, for correction of error and discipline in obedience, [and] for training in righteousness (in holy living, in conformity to God's will in thought, purpose, and action),"
