There's a little box in the upper left hand corner that says "Hello, Shorty!" Click on Shorty. That will take you to your profile. Near the top, in the middle, will be a place that says "Edit your info." Click on that.
In the middle of that, there should be something that mentions Yahoo! Avatars, and if you click on that, it should get you to the avatars. Play with it until you have a good avatar, and then save it. It may not show up right away, but if you don't see it the next time you log in, try again. Read the directions again, too.

click onto the picture it will take you to the site and just follow the directions. hope this helps. this picture is called the avatar.

go to avatars and make it from there. Yahoo has yahooavatars.com
