I have a habit of visiting freinds and family regulary on the weekends, and I usually stay over night. I never took notice before, but what is a nice time to go to bed early, without being rude to my family and freinds?

I'd go st the same time they do. You went there to visit and you can't do that if you go to bed.

well since it is a weekend... usually they sleep late at night... 10pm wud nice an appropriate time to sleep.. just tell them u had a wonderful day with them that it made u so tired... and u wanna rest some rest...

Hmmm when my family visits, they stay up as long as they want. Their just careful not to wake anyone else.
