ok look i was in a 2 way lane with only 2 lanes 1 going south one going north no shoulder lane to my right side i was going a little bit under the speed limit but ok i put the blinker to turn left there was no car coming from front of me so i went ahead and started turnin left when a car was supposably trying to pass me cause i was going slow as i was turnin he hit the front of my car and pushed me out of the street and the other car went rolling over in a case like this one who is at fault in ur opinion?

thats exactly what everyone else said except the state trooper taking the report!! but how can i prove i had the blinker on?

The other party was at fault
he came from behind and the passing vehicle has the burden to make the pass safely.
being that you were making a left turn has no barring on this case it has to do with who was passing and who was going to fast.

if i understood right...
the car coming from behind u is at fault
however if u hit a car coming in the opposite direction W/O a protected arrow that part of the accident is ur fault.

If it happened as you say then the idiot in the other car is at fault. He/she shouldn't have tried to pass.

A police report is just that...a report. If he didn't witness the loss his opinon is not the end-all in a claims decision. Let your insurance adjuster handle this for you.

Whether you had your indicator on doesn't matter, the other car should not have tried to overtake.

the one who hit you is at fault because there was no warning he or she was comming at you
