Season with Lawreys Salt, and let them merinade overnight in Dan-Ts Inferno Rasberry Chipotle Sauce and water. Then grill them to your liking.

Brown them well on both sides in a heavy skillet, (4 steaks)
pour a can of stewed tomatoes over the top and simmer for about an hour. The tomatoes will cook down and the meat is so tender and delicious.

I like to use them to make swiss steak. Lightly flour your pieces of meat (cut individual serving size if not already that size) then brown on both sides. Season with salt, pepper, paprika and parsley. Add chopped onion, green pepper and carrots. Top with tomato sauce. Add a bay leaf. Cover and reduce to simmer until all is tender. Serve with egg noodles and a salad.
YUMMY!
