In the Stone Age.
If you're speaking of religion, then you need to go back in time, before the Age of Enlightenment, to be reasonably sure that you'd find religion. Back then, almost everybody believed in the supernatural and God(s).
Fortunately, religion is being left behind. But it won't die quietly. There's a lot more hell to pay before it's gone. But no matter how much we learn, it seems unlikely that God will ever be disproven. His throne is secure . . . it's just the ancient religions which claim to represent him that are destined for the dust bin of history -- just like the other religions that preceded them.

If you are now really seeking for our loving Father God, that is proof that He has first found you ! You are a beloved daughter in the Family of God.
One of the greatest Truths that Jesus ever said, given now by current Epochal Revelation is:
"God speaks within the human heart as a still, small voice, saying,'This is the way; walk therein.' Do you not comprehend that God dwells within you, that He has become what you are that He may make you what He is !" (Perfect in your domain of action and more.)
Finding God is an ever continuing process. In my life I remember ages 5 and 12 and 36 and 37, and then every day after that in eternal joy and perfect peace in Spirit and in Truth. I am now age 68, very active and feel about age 16 in enthusiasm for life. En-Theos-iasm means "God within and within God."
Peace and progress,

Finding the answer to that question is part of the journey, my dear. There is not a particular age where someone "finds God". It depends on you as a person. As you can see..there are plenty of people on here who have never found him and who never will for certain reasons or other. To each his own.

today is the day of salvation. My kids accepted Christ at an early age- both were 5 years old. I accepted Him at the age of 17. My mom later in life. Age does not equate with faith in God. What is keeping you from finding God- if you seek Him you will find Him- He promises you that.

when you realize "GOD " isn't an outside source. God is within you and everything..God is not a "he" or "she" because god isn't human..its a life source..life energy.. Religion is the reason so many people dont believe in the power of God..they have totally skewed the meaning of God into something to fear..or that God is an old man in the sky that will judge you and condemn you. Please

I have heard of little children as young as five years old accepting Jesus. God is love and once you are shown that great love through the death of Jesus on the cross you are ready to find God. If you do not believe that then you are not ready to find Him.

At any age where you understand that Jesus is the Christ, believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead and confess your belief verbally. For me it was a 9 years of age.

there is not age limit or requirement. Jesus says to knock and the door will be opened...seek and you will find Him.
so when you reach the age where you have a need for God, He is there waiting patiently to love on you...
i say there's no time like the present...
