Just because some scripture hadn't been written by the time of Paul's observation, does not discount that it is God-breathed. Just because the entire canon was not assembled yet (except for the Old Testament), does not mean that there were writings being written that would not be God's inspired writings.

This question made no sense, how does the fact that at the time it was written the other parts weren't mean anything, when one part is being written it is common knowledge to assume that the rest wasn't written and it wasn't put together.

They are his thoughts, his lessons to help us as we transition through this life, to make it easier. Were we to live by his rules our lives would be much easier.
