Okay, so i'm gonna paste what she wrote about her dream.
Here:

"I've been having strange dreams lately.. and my mom is in almost all of them... I only remember 2 okay, the first one was where my mom was standing in water right by a rock... well her foot was right by a snakes tail and the snake turned around and was going to bite her and I tried to scream but nothing came out... and then the second dream , omg so weird.. anyways..I was with my mom.. then all of a sudden this big tall guy grabs me and just squeezes me sooo tight and he just walks with me and I'm screaming "call the cops!! call the cops!!!" and then he holds a gun to my vagina...and then I wake up"

I know it may sound kinda funny, but this is what my friend dreamed about.
Actually, kinda like a nightmare.
She hasen't seen her mom in a couple of months...
What do these dreams mean?

Snakes can mean a lot of things.
Most dream interpretation books claim the a snake is, well, a man's snake, and this has something to do with a bad sex experience or a fear of a bad sex experience. Protecting or fearing for her mother is your 'friend' fearing for her adult, grownup self confronting or fearing a bad sexual experience through her inner child's eyes. I suspect this is the case, not knowing anything about your 'friend', by the violent man holding a 'gun' to her vagina.
That's idea #1.
Idea #2 is your 'friend' is in a relationship with someone who is very unreliable. Snakes bite without warning or provocation, your 'friend' may be subconciously aware that she is dealing with or around someone who is unreliable and may turn on her at any moment. She is still trying to protect her adult, grownup self, but still fears she has her childlike fears getting in the way.
Either way her fears are justified. If she is in an unreliable relationship, see if you can talk her into breaking it off. If she is in a good relationship, ask around privately and see if he's cheating on her or not. Maybe nothing is happening and she is just afraid, you know, deep down insecurities that she just can't shake.
One way she can address those insecurities and prevent or change her nightmares is to repeat confirmations about herself over and over when falling asleep (instead of the old "counting sheep") You know, repeat over and over, "I am a good person. I graduated from junior high. I wash my clothes and I wear clothes (you know, to prevent dreams of being naked and back at junior high not remembering your locker combination). By reaffirming herself, she will reduce her fears and her dreams will be better.
Good luck.

Ok each time her mom is in the dream there is something going on in which she has no control over.

When the snake bites her mom she could do nothing to stop it. When she is being drug away she has no control over what is happening. This most likely means that she feels like she has no control over a situation with her mom. If she hasn't seen her mom due to a fight then she might feel like nothing will ever fix it. If she hasn't seen her mom due to moving away then she feels like she can't control the reason she hasn't seen her mom.

The man and the snake in the dream represent this out of control feeling.

The gun to her vagina means that she feels threatened in a very personal way.

According to Dreamcrowd:

The relationship that we have with our mother is the most psychologically significant relationship of all. Rarely all good or all bad, our mothers always invoke powerful emotions. We may dream about our mothers in many different forms. She may be disguised in our dreams, and it is our job to find her in there. If you are dreaming about your mother, you may be addressing some issues or concerns in your dream, or your dream may be based on a valuable memory. The general image of "mother" in a dream may symbolize a variety of feelings and ideas: caring, nurturing, love, acceptance, hard work, sacrifice, martyrdom, etc. The mother in your dream could also represent the "collective unconscious," the source of the "water of life," and the yin. Carl Jung suggests that women in dreams represent our collective unconscious and men the collective consciousness. Thus, the woman is that force, or current, inside of you that nudges you on and inspires you. It is your intuition and the knowledge that in not necessarily attached to words. Men, on the other hand, represent the active part of us that use the information received to create the physical reality of our lives. When the two are working together well, we have balance and experience awareness leading to peace and productivity. See also: Parents

Seems like both dreams have something to do with sex and fear. Maybe someone is afraid of having sex? Afraid of a relationship with a man?

When you ask a query you free five features however whilst you reply a query, you earn two features. So the character acquired two features for pronouncing that (as I am now) and also you misplaced five features for asking a query, which I discover is arbitrary.
