There is no eternal responsibilty in a world without the spirit realm (or more specifically, without God). In addition to that, there is no fear of God, or restraint of ones actions if they can convince themselves that there is no spirit realm (or God to which they must give account). It appears that the more people they can convince, the more justifiable they may feel that their view is - even though the matter is not up to a majority vote.

Well the Republicans want all of the material wealth in this world, and the material wealth in the spiritual world too. If Credit Cards could be used in Heaven, they would get buried with them.

Why are you asking this over and over again?

LOL @ the folks who think it's open-minded to believe in spiritual worlds. Don't be silly - it's closed-minded to believe that kind of thing. You should have put some thought into that before posting.

Some people see the spiritual world as a world that cannot be proven and therefore, a world that doesn't deserve any of their attention.

Sometimes, as with a few of my friends, their spiritually, (they feel) failed them or didn't support them, and they give up on it.

Some people, of course, just aren't spiritual or creative or imaginative and only the physical matters, which sucks because the material world bites.

Because no one has ever given them an answer to the question: "Why do you believe in the spiritual world, when there is no evidence that it exists?"

Answer that question with something more convincing than "Because the Bible says so," or even "Because I say so," and I'm on board.

Visibility. There's nothing like seeing something to help the credibility along.

Seeing is believing. Evidence is nice too.

Invisible beings, without evidence, like: Santa Claus, elves, unicorns, fairies, ghosts, goblins, ghouls and vampires put God in suspiciously conspicuous company. Don't you think?

It's a Communist plot!!!

Er..I mean. They haven't felt the touch of Jesus on their heart and opened themselves to the One Truth Faith that makes all other faiths False and Paths to Damnation. Not only have they ignored all spirituality in general, they have only done so to spite their Creator, the One True God, for deep inside they know He is all powerful and they fear His Righteous Wrath that licks flames upon the feet of the sinner and casts any who doubt into Eternal Hell-fire for all eternity, to never know a moments relief from untold agonies heaped upon limitless pain.

Because everyone is allowed to believe in their own unique preferences--
Everyone can make their own choices about their beliefs and feelings.
That's what's great about the USA..... it's okay to believe however you want to.....
