I think that is actually going to mess up your system worse than it will help. You don't need everything like that. If you loose too much weight too quickly your body may actually react in the way you don't want it to. It will start eating away at muscle instead of the fat, so you'll lose the inches, but your body will not be hard. Take your time with it, pick one weight loss supplement and maybe a multivitamin because your probably not getting all you need. Time is what you need, that way you can keep it off, and remember its not always about the weight, its about the inches and the BMI (Body Mass Index). Good luck, and be careful.

Skip the pills. Hoodia and chromium don't work at all, Alli can cause digestive problems.
Your diet and exercise should work. Lean Cuisine can be high in salt, make sure you are getting at least two servings of milk products in addition.

I would NOT advise taking all of those in the same day. With any diet, you have to give it time. You may also want to think about snacks. If you are still getting hungry, you may need to add more protien to your diet- ie: a glass of skim milk, or some lowfat yogurt. You may also be getting too few calories. Depending on your goals, how much you want to weigh, and how much you are currently exercising, you may need to actually up your caloric intake. If you are exercising vigorously, you may need a daily intake of 1800-2000 daily. Follow your Alli Diet, and make sure to eat a couple of snacks, like drinking a glass of skim milk or yogurt, as it can help you get through to the next meal, and you will still lose. Good luck!

I wouldn't recommend taking those pills ever, let alone all daily.
If you must take them, pick one. But you're diet sounds fine with out them, as long as you stick to eating healthy.
