Vitamin Water, is full of sugar. You should simply drink plain water, or water with a slice of lemon.

o Okay, i took a nutrition class in college and the Professor brought in a tape of i think Good Morning America(something like that), and apparently drinks such as vitamin water really, how do i say this, really don't have any good nutritional value and are fool of sugar. I heard that because of the particles bounce against the bottle it loses vitamins or something like that it sounds Silly but i know its true. And its not legal for vitamin water to lie about the amount of vitamins in the water.

you are obviously aware that you can't consume too many vitamins in any form, but the way I see it, if you do like this vitamin water so much, then why don't you just take two 1 liter bottles of that water, mix it up with a regular mineral water and you can have it for the rest of the day

As many as you can stomach. Most are useless and only full of water. The process during manufacturing makes the infusion of vitamins almost useless.
