This is probably passive-aggressive behavior intended to get attention.
Tell her that she won't make or keep any friends that way. That if anyone at school ever found out she would be the laughing stock.
Try to find ways to embarrass her into behaving correctly.
You may come up with a nickname for her... "Doody" or "Little Turd"... whenever she does that.

Let her know that she's being disrestpectful.But hopefully she'll grow out of it. That's not attractive at all. Or try your best to invite friends over constantly so that she can have a chance to embarrass herself in front of your friends.

You know what...let her do it. It is a reflection on her, not you. Eventually she will be humiliated so bad by the right person at the right time and she will stop. In the mean time, I would avoid her in public places.
