I am allowed meat as long as it's not processed or fried.
I can cook it with olive oil, but no other oils.

Pasta Fagiole
--------------------
Boil some water and add pasta (soup noodle size)

Fry some garlic in good olive oil
Add some chopped green pepper and onions.
Maybe also some carrot and celery
or perhaps some greens of any kind
Cook a while
Add can of canelini beans (white kidneys) and cook
Add a little broth if desired to make softer.

Pour beans over pasts in bowl

Enjoy

Sounds like fruits and veggies and pastas/breads/rice, unless non-ground meats and poultry are acceptable.

Great - you have lots of choices.

Beef stew, pot roast, steaks, swiss steak, pork roast with carrots and sauerkraut (don't forget to use caraway seed with pork!), lots of chicken - casseroles or baked or broiled, shish kabobs made with lamb or beef or chicken.

just saute brocolli(or any veggie of your choice) in olive oil and garlic...rub your porkchops in salt, pepper, paprika and fry in olive oil(can do with fish or beef also) ...or make some garlic-chili pasta in olive oil...there are many choices actually.
