You need at least 0.5g/lbs so thats 67-135g of protein a day
Just make healthy food choices - get plenty of complex carbs for energy, healthy fats (fish, nuts, avocados etc), fruit and veggies (the more colorful the better) and drink at least 8 glasses of water a day

Here is how it works.Your body cant process more than about 22 grams at a time so you eat 20 grams of protein 4-6 times a day.Beef, chicken, turkey, eggs, beans, nuts are high in protein.Get some creatine if you want to gain weight-lift heavy weights.

your intake of protein should be 50% of your body weight so for you, you should take in about 68-70 grams of protein a day. any more than that will just be waste. I am currently active at a gym and I have read up quite a bit on this topic.

You can't eat to much protein. Meat, particularly red meat. As much as you can.

If you are looking to bulk up add in plenty of complex carbs.
Take vitamins and/or eat your veggies as well. Vitamin imbalances will detract from your goals.
